[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide SharePoint migration project
- The project will include assessment, design, planning, preparation/remediation (as required), and migration from the existing on-premise SharePoint 2016 server farm to our Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online tenant,
- Perform and then provide a SharePoint 2016 environment assessment based on the current on-premise SharePoint environment and business functionality to propose solutions and recommendations for an approach to the migration to SharePoint Online,
- Provide planning to move from classic to modern UI design. Work with IT to develop the design style guide for HTML and CSS development if required,
- Provide potential solution(s) for secure authorized access to extranet portal sites for non-Corporation users with the ability to upload and download confidential documents,
- Provide a complete migration project plan identifying the proposed overall project schedule.
- Provide updated project risks, issues and assumptions.
- Provide project resources to perform the migration to online.
- Provide knowledge transfer to identified employees of the Corporation.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 12, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
