[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide to redesign between twenty-five and thirty WordPress websites to an intuitive, easy-to-use interface which allows visitors to access these websites quickly and easily; regardless of the device they are using.
- The District will continue to use WordPress or similar Content Management System (CMS) and is looking for the following features:
• Consistent layouts: limited and similar templates across each school’s website
• Similar navigation for parents with kids at multiple schools
- Consistent menu across the top of each school’s website (components and order)
- Banner capability and other content – push-able from district
- Consistent links back to the district website and district wide functions in similar locations
• Multi-lingual (minimum of English and Spanish)
• Represent the District’s brand and mission to visitors
• Attract potential employees and families
• Showcase the District in a way that highlights the benefits of joining the District
• Serve the needs of all users (current and prospective families and staff) with easy navigation to find what they are seeking
• Promote transparency of our organization by making it easy for the District to share and post information, and for users to find and interact with the information
• Provide a pleasant and delightful experience to all users by making it easy for them to find what they want in a straightforward manner
• Be strategic, nimble, and focus on making the District content useful, interactive, and engaging. The District knows things will change in the future, and the District wants the site to have the ability to adapt and remain relevant.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 15, 2021
