[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website development and design services using WordPress content management system must be compatible with multiple web browsers and mobile devices and social media including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.
- new website is to provide improved services and access to information for public and other
end‐users, as well as a site that can be substantially controlled and administered by District staff without consultant support.
- website must be optimized for desktop and mobile devices, and provide expected ‘eGovernment’ tools including, but not limited to: accessible design features, integration with current agenda or document storage software, searchable content, fillable forms etc.   - Limited service request and other Municipal forms (Bylaw Complaints, Delegation to Council Requests, Event Permit Forms, Feedback Forms, etc.)
- Searching content on the site and CivicWeb
- Difficult to navigate from an end‐user perspective
- website security and compliance with FOIPPA  - ability to change website architecture/ publishing control over content
- future ability to integrate audio/video/flash  - software and website design module updates / upgrades.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 14, 2021.
