[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website redevelopment services using WordPress content management system.
- Solidifies and enhances brand, including custom icons, buttons, and widgets consistent with the brand
- Outlines business partnerships, including advertising and bidding
- Provides a news or blog page and a newsroom, with media embedding functionality
- Improves user experience, functionality, layout, and design with clear customer information, including language translations and functionality across browsers and devices
- Website shall meet the needs of users on various platforms and devices, and be automatically responsive to all major operating systems (i.e. Desktop, Tablet and Mobile including Apple, iPhone, Android, platforms) and commonly used browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari, Firefox, Chrome
- Changes should be able to be moved from development into production by non-technical website administrators without the need for third party support
- The website should implement Google Analytics tracking codes for all pages and posts on the website, and there should be a dashboard that displays those analytics
- The website should implement Google Translate to easily translate site content across various languages
- Integration of search engine optimization with friendly pages and posts.
- System will use natural and be compliant with google panda and penguin Algorithms
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 9, 2021.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 16, 2021.
