[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website creation services using WordPress content management system.
- Actively and intentionally connect farmers and ranchers to resources, support groups, and the hotline by leveraging national industry and commodity organizations using a comprehensive and culturally-appropriate marketing campaign
- Quickly create a website using Adobe Spark and WordPress that will allow us to begin directing individuals to cached resources and trainings
- Create a website inclusive of a comprehensive, open-source, and searchable clearinghouse of resources and programs, e-learning platform, data input and reporting dashboard
- Provide full toolkit for grant partners to market website availability and access
- Train grant partners and hotline responders on use and amendment of website
- Applicants should have a demonstrated capacity to create a cohesively-branded website that is fully accessible in terms of language, cultural competence, and ability-status
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 12, 2021.
