[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign services using content management system.
- Websites must: Meet accessibility criteria including ADA compliance such that people with disabilities, including people with age-related impairments, can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with websites and tools, and contribute equally without barriers; Provide a responsive design that functions across multiple platforms (computer, cell phone, tablet/iPad, etc.); be compatible with governments existing storage platform and have current and dependable security features; be entirely owned by governments and commission; be able to be to be easily managed and maintained by governments staff including the ability to add or remove pages and embedded items such as maps and forms; have the capability to host items such as agendas, audio files, calendars, and social media feeds; import all applicable content from the current sites to the redesigned sites.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 26, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
