[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide website development and marketing services using content management system that must be compatible with Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Economic development coordinator and/or economic development recovery coordinator, awarded firm shall provide as specified below, including the production of interactive, virtual and digital materials as well as other tasks including, but not limited to, the following: building awareness, promote and help successfully sell city and its many assets to site selectors, industries, commercial developers, and retailers; provide services including visioning, marketing, and work plans; create a functional and effective economic development website for city. the website will be designed and directed towards site selectors, industrial prospects, local stakeholders, business and industry leaders, commercial prospects, talent attraction and existing industries considering expanding in city, state by providing a virtual environment to do so; provide hosting services; providing services including interactive asset maps and virtual presentation of city industrial properties; provide interactive property map to list available commercial and/or industrial properties available in city; provide real time demographic information based on publicly available ESRI information or other publicly available or proprietary information that includes the methodology of collection and analysis; content marketing: creatively placing functional and promotional information to tell the story of city as a great place for locating a business.

Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
