[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide a qualified vendor to assist county information technology with a full re-design of their current website. The vendor will also be responsible for assisting in upgrading the current Drupal 8 environment to Drupal 9.
• The following information should be provided, under separate cover with the RFQ response:
- Vendors Website Design Methodology
- Drupal 7, 8 and 9 Understanding
- References of recent upgrades from Drupal 8 to Drupal 9
- Website URLs of Entities of Similar size that the Vendor has designed using Drupal 9
• Estimated Hours for Audit, Discovery, Strategy, Design, Development and Implementation, Launch, Training and Close-out Documentation.
• Cost per hour for each of:
- Strategist
- Designer
- Engineer
- Trainer
- Project Manager
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 25, 2021
(3) The contract period will be for two year.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
