Vendor needs to provide internet-based housing database website services to ensure that the web pages and functions display correctly across the most current, as well as older, versions of the following internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari.
- The main website and all partner websites shall conform with the website content accessibility guidelines version 2.1 as published by the world wide web consortium
- Public partner logos at bottom
- Website viewable in English and Spanish
- Website translate available (i.e. Google)
- Deliver Web interface-enabled queries for staff and clients to retrieve data online
- Define reporting tool and ability to develop customized reports
- Provide data archiving utilities for the purpose of keeping large databases performing at optimal levels
- Call Center Operation:
- Provide phone support and web services in the primary languages of English and Spanish
- Provide services Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Pacific Time
