[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide SharePoint application development and support service include a high-level overview of its proposed solution.
- Agency needs to have an intranet site developed that supports individual workspace leveraging both M365, SharePoint, One Drive and other Tools as well as Agency department workspace leveraging SharePoint and other O365 functionality.
- Platform with credentials which grants Caregivers and instructors unique ID for class registration.
- Two forms need to be converted to SharePoint business workflows to collect the initial data and route to the appropriate approving managers and back to HR.
- Agency has a fleet of 73 vehicles and 3 stationary vehicles. The business needs to track and report on multiple aspects about the fleet. Information is periodically entered by the employee assigned to a car and other information is collected and entered by the fleet manager. Some of the critical reporting includes:
• Vehicle listing
• Vehicle missing month end milage
• Vehicle monthly milage report
• Fiscal mileage report
• High mileage past the surplus threshold
- Agency is seeking an inventory management system to document various keys logged by unique ID, time stamp and housing details. Inventory management system for OCI office, more specifically to track building keys.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 11, 2021
