[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide Website Design and Development Services Using content management system that must be compatible with Social media integration.
- All websites should implement a responsive design philosophy within its technical implementation so that all websites resize and adapt to be viewable and functional on any device screen, on all web browsers including but not limited to Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (IE: iPhone, i Pad, Android devices, desktops [Mobile or Otherwise]),
- Design, development, implementation, support, and host Division site, 22 school websites, and 3 other internal sites (payroll, international education, and facility services,
- Continued compatibility with current and future dominant web browser releases should clearly be a part of the maintenance cycle,
- Ability to upload and organize organizational documents for public sharing,
- Able to create multiple customized calendars on both Division and school sites and ability to pull from or synchronize the calendar with Google calendar,
-Ability to integrate individual designated feeds from various social media platforms into Division and
school websites respectively.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 13,2021.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
