(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing brand development and web design services of developing plans to rebrand itself with a new logo, tagline, and website redesign.
- Develop a marketing and messaging approach that leads to the creation of a highly professional, impactful communication platform suitable for the implementation of a new logo, tagline and redesigned website.
- Identify and document a list of business requirements for a new website design. This includes, but is not limited to, utilizing industry best practices for content management, information architecture, mobile accessibility, user experience design, cross platform accessibility and governance.
- Review and analyze the department’s current website and branding or marketing infrastructure to include a thorough content inventory and analysis of the website as well as content published online.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
