[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide web design and development services using content management system.
- Usability, user experience and testing are integral.
- Reflow - the hub should reflow and resize responsively (including menus and content including rich media and images).
- Accessibility, including a high contrast style for users with visual impairments must be made available to users.
- Intuitive website and navigation.
- Style guides and templates for consistency including SEO (search engine optimisation)
- Data security and data protection of the highest standard.
- The new website must support all the major browsers. The new website must have a responsive design and ensure a seamless experience for users accessing the site from a wide variety of devices, such as laptops, tablets and mobiles.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 14, 2020.
(3) Contract term will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
