[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign services using WordPress content management system,
- Website is hosted by the university’s information technology services division. the proposal should include a cost estimate for hosting and security updates since university websites designed externally must also be hosted externally.
- The current website was built internally using WordPress, which is the preferred platform. The new site must allow for regular updates by staff, including widgets for buttons, tables, etc.,
- The site navigation will need to be updated under the scope of this project and it must be designed according to SEO best practices
- In addition to the technical and layout concerns outlined above, the vendor will also need to ensure that the site is optimized for web performance per industry standards (e.g., page load time, requests per second, start render time).
- The site must meet mobile optimization standards,
-  It must be designed according to SEO best practices.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 10,2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
