[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide website redesign services using Drupal content management system must be compatible with SEO, mobile and social media
- a full-service web development agency to redesign the District’s existing website to drive enrollment, enhance user experience and promote the District’s brand
- Feature a user-centered information architecture;
- Improve the user experience through clear conversion paths and improved “time to task” (help users find what they’re looking for quickly and easily);
- Be responsive across devices; and
- Be accessible to people with disabilities and users who need assistive technology,
- Discovery Phase:
- Conduct initial Discovery conversations with key stakeholders at the District (ex: Faculty, Students, etc.) to identify pain points and areas of improvements with current website design. Review analytics and search results to identify most trafficked content on site,
- Continue focus group sessions during site development to ensure redesign is progressing as agreed upon based on Discovery documentation,
- Google Analytics Audit and Repair:
- Review the current analytics to confirm the correct configuration and filters are in place to ensure the data is reliable and hasn’t been corrupted by spam, internal traffic, etc,
- Audit of current Google Analytics configuration and recommendations for filters, configurations, and dashboards needed for reliable data after launch,
 - Target Audience Research and Persona Creation:
- Demographics, Personal values and goals, Current beliefs about the District, Day in the life, Problems and concerns that the District can solve, Most common objections to the District’s services, Primary marketing channels,
- Content Audit and Gap Analysis:  Review of current content on the main site, and mapping what persona questions are or are not answered by the content,
- Keyword Ranking Analysis and Recommendations.  Identify which keywords the District is currently ranking for on search engine results pages. Make recommendations based on findings and current SEO trends,
- Prototyping:  Create 3 homepage designs, as well as 3 content page designs for both desktop and mobile views. Work with focus groups to determine the agreed upon designs,
- Content Migration:  Move over all approved content into newly designed site,
- Full Mobile Support - Redesigned site must be 100% mobile friendly and meet Google’s best practice standards to ensure SEO optimization,
- Advertising.  Contractor shall not use the logo or name of the District, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, in advertising, social marketing campaigns, publicity releases or otherwise without securing the prior written consent of the District in each instance.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
