[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide website redesign services using WordPress and Drupal Content Management System that must be compatibles with mobile device.
- Partner services may include but are not limited to: UX/UI Planning, Front end and Back end Development, SEO Strategy, Quality Assurance and Testing, Graphic Design, and some Content
- Specific tactics to meet these priorities include:
o Improve templates, styles, layouts, and typefaces for site pages with clear documentation
o Organize content into meaningful URL directories (instead of “/content/”) and enable url redirects and subdomains, as needed
o Create a testing/development environment to preview content and new features before they go live
o Improve the visual and communications impact of homepage content
o Create documentation during the development process to enable Theatre Lab staff to make edits in the future without breaking the site
o Create a newsroom for press releases, news clips, updates, and short blog posts for SEO (see Website Examples in Appendix) with the ability to sort and filter by type, date, and/or keyword
o Launch a smarter calendar with the ability to schedule publishing and unpublishing events
o Improve faculty pages to showcase our teachers in a more positive light
o Integrate social media and video content
o Continue to implement Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and/or other analytics tools
o Integrate with ProClass in the following ways:
o Using APIs, create a digital catalog to display adult and youth classes and link to our Imperisoft site
o Enable donations (various types)
o Enable memberships and point of sale transactions including t-shirts and gift certificates
o Ability to make quick and easy donations without creating an account on ProClass’s site
1. Onboard and Outline Strategy
o Theatre Lab to provide brand materials and supporting documentation to partner
o Kick-off Meeting (Virtual) with Theatre Lab and partner teams
o Establish Mutual Timelines, Workflow, and Collaborative Project Environment
o In-depth Review of Current Site and Pain Points
o Define Message Objectives and Content Cadence for Theatre Lab Staff

o Identify Potential Issues or Complex Needs

2. Architecture/Navigation/Site Map/Analytics
o Streamline Information, Eliminate Redundancies

o Plan for Google Analytics, SEO, and other data connectors
o Create Wireframes
o February: Executive Review of Wireframes and Site Navigation
3. Visual Design and Begin Site Development
o Homepage layout
o Define style elements (look and feel, including color palette, typefaces, and layout templates)
o Creation of New Elements: Newsroom, Calendar of Events, API-based Course Catalog, social media integrations, etc.
o March: Executive Review of Visual Design and Homepage Layout
4. Site Development continued
o Create pages within the testing environment
o Migrate existing content to new page templates
o Ensure documentation of work (example: for tasks that are not straightforward, document processes for Theatre Lab staff)
o Define maintenance needs post-launch and revise initial estimates
o April: Executive Review of Site prior to User Testing
5. Pre-Launch Period
o User Testing to begin by May 4, 2021 in development environment
o Bug fixes, tweaks to enhance site and improve functionality/usability
o Possible presentation of website preview to Theatre Lab board
