[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website development and implementation services using content management system must be compatible with mobile devices, web browsers including Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Opera and social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other networking pages.

- develop and implement a redesigned website that will better serve the needs and expectations of residents, businesses, and visitors
- website is to provide simple, intuitive electronic access to Township information; create a dynamic public communication tool; streamline business operations and provide greater accessibility to Township services
- An accessible and functional layout and design that allows for quick and easy access to Township
information, notification, and processes
- Standardized, customizable templates for all website pages that provide a consistent look
throughout that are functional and enhance the user experience while also creating distinct, but
cohesive designs for different sections of the website
- Inclusion of a highly developed, user-friendly and secure content management system (CMS) to
post information on the website that aligns with all applicable archiving and accessibility state
and federal regulations, as well as the eased ability for staff to modify and expand the website
independently
- Ability to link multiple independently-hosted Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) through the
primary website
- Administrative functionality that requires designated users to log in with their credentials to
access analytic and editing functions to the website
- Ability to download and view PDF files via Adobe Acrobat Reader in a web browser,
including fillable forms
- Integration of a flipbook feature for multi-page brochures and fliers
- Ongoing and future integration with software modules including GIS, citizen complaint
tracking, permitting, program event registration, and online payment, among others, with
the ability for staff to independently update features
- Ability to support debit and credit card transactions through the existing Bridge pay ECommerce function.
- Creation of a user-friendly dashboard for designated staff to review data
- Ability for staff to create and users to submit fillable forms within the website
- Migration, conversion, and integration of selected content from the present website into the newly
redesigned site.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 25, 2019.
