Vendor needs to provide improvement planning system website maintenance and enhancements services for maintenance and modifications to the program to include, at minimum, the Tiered Monitoring and Determinations branch of the Professional Development Results, Improvements, Outcomes application,
- Including, but are not limited to, maintenance of the web-based monitoring program that aids to review and report compliance requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act,
- services shall include, but will not be limited to:
- Project Management, Application Maintenance, Application Development,
- Application Testing, Training, Documentation,
- Application Incident/Request Reporting, Helpdesk,
- Operational Support, Ad hoc Reporting and Data Extraction, Information Security,
- Change Management, Release Management,
- Creation of new system capabilities and/or changes in system capabilities due to changes in federal and state laws, rules, requirements, processes, and procedures,
- Application maintenance activities will not be considered development activities,
- Employ disciplined systems engineering processes for software development and use including, but not limited to, requirements recommendations, documentation, technical management and control, system/software design and architecture, integrated risk management, configuration management, data management, and test, evaluation, verification and validation practices,
- Perform application functionality user acceptance testing to verify software and external interface functionality prior to system change pushes to production,
- IT Service Management tools or practices to receive, log, track, and implement system maintenance and development activities that include, but are not limited to, break fix, development/modification, and technical refresh activities,
- System maintenance and development activities include problems detected during testing, clarification of design issues, quality issues, application usability concerns, error detection problems, and other development and operational events,
- Provide electronic and phone Help Desk support for technical assistance, support of software, training, warranty, and maintenance, nine (9) hours a day (8 AM to 5 PM MST), and five (5) business days a week,
- Provide information assurance and protection to ensure the availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and non-repudiation of UPIPS information and the UPIPS program.
