(1) Vendor needs to provide website redevelopment and re‐branding services using content management system must be compatible with mobile devices and social media.
- Alongside the rebranding, requires a rethink of its external website to reflect and incorporate changes that come about through the rebranding exercise, advances in online digital platforms and standard corporate websites, online presence has become dated in form and function,
- The website at risk of providing a sub‐standard level of engagement and information‐sharing platform with our plan members, stakeholders and potential employees, many of whom are increasingly reliant on digital tools to access their information and supplement their customer service experience,
- The site is structured to support four separate but related web pages (Teacher, Retired Member, Employer and Corporate),
- Contemplating a move into social media and an enhancement of digital tools related to the My Pension site, the need to improve the website experience for members and stakeholders is increased,
- website should incorporate responsive web design, the site design and development must respond to the user’s behavior and environment based on screen size, platform and orientation,
- Brand identity is at risk of no longer keeping pace with a growing corporation’s strategic focus, member and investment growth, and our evolving workforce capacity and capability, intended to go beyond simply incorporating new colors, logos and fonts,
- The re‐branding exercise will help determine whether requires a more limited brand evolution, or a comprehensive brand revolution,
- The organization has a visual identity in place, including a logo, it requires a clearly‐defined brand that speaks to our corporate values and strategic direction,
- Undergoing significant growth and change, and has embarked upon a number of initiatives that will enhance the approach taken to its two primary business areas,
- Review current brand strengths and weaknesses, establish relationships between audience, perceptions and value‐driving behaviour and test new concepts or brand propositions,
- Identify an authentic, relevant and differentiated brand proposition,
- Provide insight into managing content conversion including but not limited to existing collateral such as letterhead, signage, online videos on existing website, cheques and pension information statements, develop a brand rollout strategy,
- Creatively execute new brand across key touchpoints through both physical and digital rebranding.
