[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website requirements, content and data strategy services.
a) Website requirements: Platform requirements and scoping
Develop a comprehensive requirements document for website and digital platforms, considering all website usages and audiences, with a primary focus on the guest. The requirements document will cover:
- Platform recommendations for the appropriate structure of digital properties to deliver against requirements outlined in the digital guest strategy. This includes an assessment of appropriate number of websites, and feasibility or venue specific apps
- Functional specifications for websites with technology recommendations
- Information architecture for websites and platform
- Wireframing of key user flows
- Technical search engine optimisation (SEO) recommendations
- User story development
- Personalisation requirements based on guest research
- Integration and hosting requirements
b) Content Strategy
The content strategy will provide with a clear direction on the type of content it needs to develop to best support the guest journey, along with our brand and information development for broader audience groups. The content strategy will cover:
- Content audit of current websites, social media and in-venue assets
- Defined information and content design recommendations to support the guest user journey
- Clear tone of voice, content type and information requirements for the key audiences across all digital platforms (both online and in-venue)
- Content delivery approach document including copywriting, content standards, templates and best practice, with a specific focus on usability and accessibility
- Unique value proposition for venue content, focusing on fan engagement opportunities to drive traffic and brand metrics
- Defined strategy that addresses brand, commercialization and information development for broader audience groups (clients, community, stakeholders)
c) Guest Data Strategy
The guest data strategy will allow to understand what kind of guest data it collects and how it can be used to improve marketing, event operations and provide value to clients. The data strategy will set the approach for customer relationship management (CRM) platform and systems, to allow agency to purchase a suitable platform and begin developing a data management solution. The guest data strategy will cover:
- Defined understanding of customer data environment including current data sources and future collection opportunities
- Technical recommendations to house and manage data gathering, centralisation and use
- Developed reporting, management and analysis frameworks
- Clear recommendations on strategic implementation and future functionality
- Understand roadmap for achieving single customer view
- Ensure data collection and analysis matches with existing functional reporting requirements to match event data (type, genre, commercials) to user data
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2019.
